This enabled them to clean all the nooks and crannies including the center console, which had never been thoroughly cleaned at the previous car wash places, even when I paid several hundred dollars. The care is just about as free of dog hair as is practical considering that my dog has A LOT of hair. The car was more shiny after the clean than it was when I first purchased it. The mats were cleaned and placed in the mat. Post-care instructions are detailed. It is clear they are invested in the end result, and they are confident directing you to do your part in this process.
